We are experiencing a higher than usual volume of orders during our Black Friday Sale event, this may affect your order's processing time. We expect to ship your parcel within 2-7 business days from your order date (excluding ALL orders with items on pre-order), we appreciate your patience and understanding and can't wait for you to receive your beautiful order🙂

When will receive my order from the BF sale?

*Items purchased during the Black Friday Sale event are strictly non-refundable.* If you would like to return your purchase we'd be happy to process an exchange or provide a credit note upon safe return of the garments. If the item is faulty please notify us right away and we’ll happily replace the goods, subject to availability, upon receiving the faulty return. We must be notified within 60 days of any faulty items to organise a replacement. 
*Please note; we DO NOT refund sales items, this includes flash sales, samples sales and purchases with discount codes used against them. Credit notes are non-refundable.

Can I return items I purchased during the BF sale?

We currently have items on PRE-ORDER, all items on pre-order are flagged in the product description on the product page, our current pre-orders are set to be shipped from November 25th. If the item you ordered is not on pre-order and you've not received shipping confirmation, please check your spam/junk inbox then email us if you still cannot find it, this could be due to a stock discrepancy which can occur during busy sale period, we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time :)  

I've not received confirmation my order was sent?

The Black Friday Sale offers can not be applied to previously placed orders nor can the sale be combined with any other discount codes. Once our Black Friday sale period ends, the offer officially ends, as much as we would love to accomodate, please do not email us asking to extend the offer ♡
