*NOTE: we DO NOT refund any sales items, this includes flash sales, samples sales and purchases with discount codes used against them. Credit notes are also strictly non-refundable.
Some items from our BLACK FRIDAY SALE, as mentioned on the product pages, are strictly final and not eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange. Some selected sale items may be eligible for store credit or exchange, please email us before hand to confirm. If the item is faulty please notify us right away and we’ll happily replace the goods, subject to availability, upon receiving the faulty return. We must be notified within 14 days of any faulty items to organise a replacement.
