Can I return or exchange items I purchased during a sale?Updated 4 months ago
*Items purchased during a sale are strictly non-refundable.* If you would like to return your purchase we'd be happy to process an exchange or provide a credit note upon safe return of the garments. If the item is faulty please notify us right away and we’ll happily replace the goods, subject to availability, upon receiving the faulty return. We must be notified within 60 days of any faulty items to organise a replacement.
*NOTE: we DO NOT refund any sales items, this includes flash sales, samples sales and purchases with discount codes used against them. Credit notes are also non-refundable.
