If your order is missing items, incomplete, or includes faulty or damaged products, we require clear photo or video evidence showing the issue. This helps us understand what went wrong and ensures we can process your claim efficiently.

Please lodge your faulty claim in the returns portal and make sure your images or video clearly show:

  • The product(s) received

  • Any damage or fault (if applicable)

  • The packaging, if relevant (e.g., if the parcel arrived damaged or opened)

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Unfortunately, if we do not receive proof of the issue or if the report is made after 7 days from delivery, we will not be able to process a replacement or refund.
