Our Flash Sale runs from 9:00 AM AEDT on 27 October to 11:59 PM AEDT on 30 October, or while stocks last. Please note that items from our Gifts & Accessories section (including gift cards, caps, socks, pilates socks, skincare, etc.) are excluded from all sitewide discounts.

All sale purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on sale items, flash sale items, sample sale items, or purchases made using discount codes. Credit notes are strictly non-refundable. Some products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Selected sale items may be eligible for store credit or exchange—please email us beforehand to confirm.

If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 14 days so we can organise a replacement (subject to availability) once the faulty goods are returned.

Discount codes (including subscription and review reward codes) are disabled during sale periods and cannot be applied retrospectively. Store credits may be used during the sale—if you experience any issues redeeming yours, please contact [email protected].

Additional promotions or offers announced after your purchase are valid only for their specified dates and times and cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders.
