EU/UK
For returns originating from the EU/UK, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. If the item is deemed faulty, we will happily reimburse you for your return shipping expenses. Returns can be lodged via the RETURNS PLATFORM.
USA/CAN
If you're located in USA/CAN, a return label will be automatically generated for you via our RETURNS PLATFORM once your return is lodged.
You will only be charged for the return label once the return has been processed, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.
No printer? Not a problem! There's an option to manually write the return details and drop the parcel off at your local post office, if that’s easier for you.
