Please kindly lodge this through our RETURNS PORTAL, as there will be an option there to lodge your faulty return.
In the unlikely event that you item arrives faulty, you need to notify us within 7 days and we’ll happily replace the goods, subject to availability, upon receiving the faulty return. We must be notified within 7 days of any faulty items to issue a replacement.
