For items purchased during promotional sales (excluding items marked “Final Sale”), we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit. Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for refund, exchange, or credit note unless deemed faulty.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 14 days so we can organise a replacement (subject to availability) once the faulty goods are returned.

Discount codes (including subscription and review reward codes) are disabled during sale periods and cannot be applied retrospectively. Store credits may be used during the sale—if you experience any issues redeeming yours, please contact [email protected].

Additional promotions or offers announced after your purchase are valid only for their specified dates and times and cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
