Under which circumstances can I get a refund?Updated 2 months ago

If the item is faulty please notify us right away and we’ll happily replace the goods, subject to availability, upon receiving the faulty return. We must be notified within 60 days of any faulty items to process an exchange. We have a 14 day change of heart policy in which case you are welcome to return your purchase for a full refund, exclusive of shipping, as long as the items are in their original condition and have not been worn, damaged or washed. Goods returned in an unsaleable condition will be returned to the purchaser and we will be unable to process the return/refund request. 
*Please note; we DO NOT refund sales items, this includes flash sales, samples sales and purchases with discount codes used against them. Credit notes non-refundable.
