SAMPLE & WAREHOUSE SALE — RETURNS POLICY

All Sample & Warehouse Sale purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on items purchased through the sale. Please note for this sale we will not be accepting vouchers or credit notes as payment. Cash will be accepted on the day. 

Samples and seconds may vary from our standard production pieces and fit, sizing, colour, finish or construction may not be consistent with our regular collection. Some pieces are one-offs or unique samples and may not be available in another size or style.

We strongly encourage customers to try on items and carefully inspect them before purchasing, where possible. By purchasing a sample or warehouse sale item, you acknowledge and accept that the item may differ from our standard product specifications.

Some items may have faults, imperfections, marks or variations, which are reflected in the reduced sale price. These are considered part of the condition of the item and are not grounds for a return, exchange or refund.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that all Sample & Warehouse Sale items are sold as-is and are final sale.
